At Tyrebay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Tyrebay account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
